PAPRIKA  TOPFEN  

Paprika Quark

4 yellow peppers
3 spring onions
12 olives (stuffed peppers)
200 g quark
6 tbsp. milk
3 tsp. tomato ketchup
120 g ham
salt and pepper

 

 

Wash peppers, remove the seeds and stalks and halve them.
Cut three halves into small pieces. Wash onions, remove dark green and cut the rest into thin rings. Chop olives. Cut ham into strips.
Mix well quark, milk and ketchup season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in vegetables and ham, pick some ham for garnish. Fill quark into the pepper halves and garnish.
