Finely dice the bacon, dice the sausage. Fry the bacon
in a pan, add the sausage and fry.Rinse and drain the beans. Peel the
potatoes. Peel and chop the onions and celery. Remove the green parts of
the leek and cut the rest into fine rings. Peel the tomatoes and cut
into eighths. Pull the sauerkraut apart a little. Sauté the onion,
celery and leek in a pan. Pour in 250 ml soup and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the sauerkraut. Simmer for approx. 25 minutes, adding more soup if
necessary and stirring occasionally. Grate the potatoes into the dish.
Finally, stir in the beans, sausage and diced bacon and simmer briefly.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and dried herbs. |
