Asparagus with Ham

20 asparagus spears
100 g butter
160 ham (sliced)
50 g Parmesan (shaved)
salt

 

 

Peel the asparagus and cook until al dente. Just before the asparagus is cooked, heat the butter in a large frying pan until foaming. Fry the ham briefly on both sides. Serve the asparagus with the fried ham on warmed plates. Drizzle the fried butter over the asparagus and sprinkle with Parmesan.

 

          Serve with: Potatoes
