Asparagus Rolls

7 portions

4 slices strudel dough (finished product)
21 green asparagus spears
7 slices raw ham
butter

 

 

Remove strudel dough out of fridge. Preheat oven to 200°. Prepare asparagus and boil them in salted water still slightly crunchy. Remove and allow to cool down. Cut dough slices into 50 mm stripes widthways. Take three asparagus spears and wrap around one slice of raw ham. In the middle wrap around a dough slice. Cover dough with melted butter.
Roast asparagus rolls in oven until golden brown.
