Stuffed Pointed Peppers



Cut a hole in the top of the pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds and wash. Crumble the cheese with your fingers. Finely chop the basil and add to the cheese.
Season the mixture, mix and season to taste. Put the peppers on a baking tray and fill them.
Wrap with the bacon.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and roast the peppers for about 15 minutes.
