Peel onion, garlic and ginger. Roughly chop the onion,
cut the garlic and ginger into thin slices. Dice chicken and sear them
in the wok, then add onion, garlic and ginger. Add wok vegetables,
season with chilli sauce, wok spices and salt.
Prepare glass noodles according to the instructions and strain. Mix with
the wok vegetables. |
