Sausage Vegetable Pan

500 g sausage
2 onions
600 g vegetables (frozen)
200 ml vegetable soup
3 stalks of parsley (chopped)
4 potatoes
salt, pepper, oil



Boil, peel and dice potatoes. Cut the sausage into slices, onions into rings. Fry both in oil for 5 minutes, turning. Take out and fry the vegetables over a high heat. Douse with soup. Add the sausage, onions and potato cubes and let everything simmer for 5 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.
