ÜBERBACKENE  ZUCCHINI

Gratinated Zucchini

1 kg zucchini
2 tbsp. flour
20 g butter
400 ml milk
150 g spicy sausage
150 g Gouda cheese (grated)
butter, salt, pepper

 

  Wash zucchini and cut into 1cm thick slices. These layers in a buttered baking dish.
