ZUCCHINI  GULASCH

Zucchini Goulash

Ingredients for 2 persons

500 g courgettes
200 g knackwurst (Sausage)
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1-2 tbsp. of paprika powder
1 tbsp. flour
250 ml soup (cube)
salt, pepper, oil
sour cream

 

 

Halve lengthwise washed courgettes  and cut into 1 cm slices.
Peel and dice the sausage. Chop onion into cubes, garlic thinly. Sauté onion and garlic in a pot. Add courgettes and sausage and sauté briefly.
Stir in flour and paprika powder and douse with soup immediately. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer until courgettes are al dente. Stir in sour cream and simmer another minute.

 

       Side dish: baguette
