CALAMARI  vom  GRILL

Grilled Calamari

500 small squid tubes
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. lemon juice
salt, pepper
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)

 

 

Rinse the squid inside and out with cold water and pat dry. Mix 2 tbsp. oil with 2 tbsp. lemon juice in a bowl and marinate the squid for 30 minutes. Grill over a high heat for 4-5 minutes on both sides, then season with salt and pepper.
Mix the remaining olive oil and lemon juice with the parsley and drizzle over the dressed squid.

Serve with: salad, garlic bread
