Wrap the bacon around the Camembert. To do this, think
of the Camembert as a clock.
We need four slices per cheese. The first goes through 9:00 & 3:00. Then
we place the next slice at 10:30 & 4:30, then 12:00 & 6:00 and the last
slice at 1:30 & 7:30
Grill indirectly at 150°C for approx. 20 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Before the Camembert "bursts", it will begin to bulge more and more. |
