2 chicken fillets
150 g bacon slices
BBQ Rub for chicken
5 tbsp. brown sugar



Cut the chicken fillets into pieces large enough to wrap half a slice of bacon around them. Season the meat well with the rub in a bowl. Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap them around the chicken pieces. Secure with a wooden skewer. Roll the skewers in brown sugar until they are covered with sugar all around.
Grill indirectly at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Turn over from time to time.
