CHICKEN  WINGS I 

1 kg chicken wings
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. strained tomatoes
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. paprika (sweet)
1 tsp. Tabasco
2 tsp. sea salt
pepper

 

 

Wash the wings in cold water and dry with kitchen roll.
Marinade: Mix the salt, pepper and parika powder well in an appropriately sized freezer bag.
Then add the mustard, honey and strained tomatoes to the bag and mix well.
Finally, add the vegetable oil, soya sauce and Tabasco. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and mix everything well. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Remove the wings from the bag and grill indirectly at 200 °C for approx. 30 minutes. Turn occasionally.
