Sausage Egg Pan

Ingredients for 2 people

100 g sausage
4 eggs
1/2 green pepper
50 g cheese
salt, pepper

 

 

Chop the peppers and cheese.
Cut the sausage into strips and roast them on the grill in a non-stick pan without oil until they are crispy.
Add the paprika and cheese and fry briefly.
Beat eggs over the top, whisk and allow to set. Season with salt and pepper.

 

           Side dish: bread, cucumber salad
