Wash fillets and pat dry. Then cut into large cubes.
Place them
with the shrimp in a bowl and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Wash zucchini and mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Peel the tomatoes,
remove seeds and dice them. Peel the garlic and shallots and chop finely.
Give all to the fish mixture, season with salt and pepper, stir in oil
and spread on four large pieces of foil. Chop the herbs coarsely and
sprinkle. Everything wrap loosely with foil and press the edges together
well.
Grill the packet about 10 minutes and serve in the film. |
