Medallions in Kitchen Foil

400 g pork medallions
1 onion
150 g smoked bacon
salt, pepper, oil



Cut bacon into small cubes, onion into rings and medallions into slices.
Season medallions with salt and pepper.
Fold a correspondingly large piece of aluminum foil and spread with oil.
Issue medallions on the foil, upon the onion rings and the diced bacon. Close the packages and put on the grill.
Halfway through the grilling time turn the packages.
