Gyros Sticks

2 pork cutlets (thin)
2 beef escalopes (thin)
1 red bell pepper
Gyros spice
olive oil
salt, pepper

 

 

Remove seeds from the pepper and cut into strips. Mix well gyros spics with oil. Season pork cutlet with salt and pepper. Cover with the gyros marinade.
Coat with the beef escalops. Season with salt and pepper and cover with marinade.
Place pepper strips in the middle and roll up the meat. At a distance of 2 cm stick wooden skewers into the rolls and cut between.
