MEXIKANISCHE  HACKFLEISCHRÖLLCHEN

Mexican Minced Meat Rolls

400 g minced meat
1/2 pepper
50 g sweet corn
Sliced pancetta
1 egg
60 g breadcrumbs
3 tsp. paprika powder (sweet)
2 tsp. paprika powder (hot)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. coriander

 

 

Finely chop the paprika and add to the mince with the seasoning, egg, breadcrumbs and corn and mix well.
Form 10 rolls and wrap a slice of bacon around them.
Grill over medium heat on all sides until the bacon is crispy.
