Soak the wooden skewers in warm water for 30 minutes.
Cut the fillet into 2-3 cm cubes. Whisk the ingredients for the sauce in
a bowl. Add the fillet pieces and mix well.
Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. Slice the onion thinly.Put the
pork on the skewers and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve
garnished with the onion slices.
Skewers can also be kept covered in the fridge for up to a day. |
