KARTOFFEL  WURST  SPIESSE

Potato Sausage Skewer

4 fat sausages
4 potatoes (waxy)
1 tbsp. potato spice
1 tbsp. olive oil

 

 

Cut the potatoes and sausages into 5 mm thick slices, mix the potato slices with olive oil and sprinkle with potato seasoning. Should be evenly distributed throughout.
Alternate between a slice of sausage and a slice of potato.
Preheat the grill to 160°C indirect heat and grill the skewers in the indirect area for 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until the potatoes are cooked. Brown the last 2 minutes at 220°C direct heat.
You can also put onions or peppers on the skewers.

 

            Serve with: salad, mustard
