8 slices of toast
250 g Gouda (grated)
150 g ham
100 g Salami
200 g yogurt
1/2 green bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
oregano, ketchup, pizza seasoning
Cut cheese, sausage, peppers and garlic finely. Mix well
with the yoghurt and season with the rest of the ingredients. Spread
onto the toasted bread and grill on a aluminium tray in closed grill for
about 7 minutes.
