Peel and press the garlic. Knead the mince with the
garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Leave in the
fridge for 30 minutes. Divide into 8 portions and form into flat loaves
(approx. 12 cm in diameter). Top one loaf with ham and cheese but leave
a border. Place another loaf on top, press down, press the edges firmly
together and shape the loaf smoothly. Brush with oil and grill over
medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. |
