PLJESKAVICA  mit  SCHINKEN  und  KÄSE

Pljeskavica with Ham and Cheese

600 g minced meat
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 egg
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs)
1 tsp. sweet paprika powder
4 slices of toast ham
4 slices of cheese
salt, pepper

 

 

Peel and press the garlic. Knead the mince with the garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Divide into 8 portions and form into flat loaves (approx. 12 cm in diameter). Top one loaf with ham and cheese but leave a border. Place another loaf on top, press down, press the edges firmly together and shape the loaf smoothly. Brush with oil and grill over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.

 

           Side dish: Baguette, salad
