400 g pork fillet
100 g hamburger bacon
16 shallots
1 large red onion
salt and pepper



Cut the meat into cubes and bacon into 0.5 cm slices. Peel shallots
and blanch them, refresh with cold deter and drain. Üut bacon, meat and shallots in any order on the skewers, season with salt and pepper and brush with
Oil. Grill skewers double-sided. Serve with finely chopped onion.
Garlic Sauce: Mix well 250 ml yoghurt and 100 ml mayonnaise with 3 crushed cloves of garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
