Rolled Beef Skewers

4 beef rolls
12 slices of streaky bacon
3-4 tbsp. mustard
salt, pepper, olive oil

 

 

Flatten the meat and brush both sides with oil. Season with salt and pepper and spread mustard on one side of each piece. Place 3 strips of
bacon on each slice of meat. Roll up the roulades tightly and secure with roulade skewers. Cut each roulade into four equal-sized rolls with a sharp knife and place on a large barbecue skewer. Remove the small roulade skewers. Grill over medium heat for approx. 20 minutes, turning frequently
