TORTELLINI  SPECK  SPIESSE

Tortellini Bacon Skewers

2 stalks basil
1 tbsp. oil
12 fresh tortellini (cheese filling)
6 slices of pancetta
 

 

 

Finely chop the basil leaves. Mix the basil, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl, add the tortellini and mix well.
Cut the bacon slices in half lengthwise and roll together. Place 2 tortellini alternately with 2 bacon rolls on a skewer.
Grill at 150°C, turning, for 15 minutes until crispy.
