Smoked sausage canapés

 600 g smoked sausage
250 ml barbecue sauce

 

 

Cut each piece of sausage into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and pour the barbecue sauce over the sausage pieces.
Stir until well coated. Cover with a lid and place in the fridge until ready to grill.
Spread the sausages on a shallow grill pan and grill at 150 °C until cooked through. Turn occasionally.

 

           Side dish: roast potato
