YAKITORI  SPIESSE

Yakitori Skewers

400 g chicken drumsticks (trimmed)
60 ml sake
60 ml mirin
60 ml soy sauce
30 g ginger (grated)

 

 

Mix the sake, mirin, soy sauce and ginger to make a marinade. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate for a few hours. Drain the meat well and thread onto skewers. Grill on the preheated grill (180°C) for 5.8 minutes on both sides.

 

           Side dish: salad, roast potatoes
