SPAGHETTI  AGLIO  OLIO  mit  SHRIMPS

Spaghetti aglio olio with Prawns

Prawns

800 g prawns (peeled and deveined)
Juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
6 garlic cloves (pressed)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
dried chillies

Aglio olio

125 ml olive oil
6 anchovy fillets (finely chopped)
8 cloves of garlic (pressed)
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
500 g spaghetti

 

 

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Mix the prawns with all the ingredients and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Fry the prawns in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat for approx. 3 minutes and then keep warm. Heat 125 ml olive oil in the frying pan, briefly fry the anchovies, garlic and dried chillies. Fold in the spaghetti and parsley, season with salt to taste. Serve the spaghetti with the prawns.
