Cut the meat into strips. Clean mushrooms and cut in
half or quarters depending on size .
Wash peppers remove cores and dice. Drain dried tomatoes and cut into
pieces. Peel onion , halve and cut into strips.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil and brown the meat over high heat all around. Remove
and set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons oil . Sauté mushrooms and onion over
high heat with stirring. Reduce heat and and add hot peppers , tomatoes,
a little sugar and fry briefly. Deglaze with red wine and reduce by
half. Douse with beef stock and simmer for 8 minutes.
Boil fusilli in salted water until al dente and then drain .
Put the meat into the pan and simmer until done . Add cold butter and
fusilli and mix gently . |
