Peel salami and chop them into small cubes. Skin
tomatoes and remove seeds. Halve chili pepper, remove seeds and chop
finely. Pell and chop onion.
Heat oil and stew onion until translucent. Add salami, chili pepper and
some rosmary, fry all some minutes. Add tomatoes, drained beans, tomato
paste and white wine. Simmer until concentrated and season to taste with
salt.
Mix well with fusilli and serve. |
