FUSILLI   mit   WURST   und   ROTEN   BOHNEN 

Fusilli with Sausage and Red Beans

150 g salami
2 tomatoes
1 chili pepper
1 onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
400 g red beans (canned)
2 tbsp. tomato paste
125 ml white wine
salt, rosmary
400 g fusilli (pasta)

 

 

Peel salami and chop them into small cubes. Skin tomatoes and remove seeds. Halve chili pepper, remove seeds and chop finely. Pell and chop onion.
Heat oil and stew onion until translucent. Add salami, chili pepper and some rosmary, fry all some minutes. Add tomatoes, drained beans, tomato paste and white wine. Simmer until concentrated and season to taste with salt.
Mix well with fusilli and serve.
