Gnocchi Pan

150 g bacon
300 g smoked pork chop
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
400 g green beans (TK)
150 m cream
400 g fresh gnocchi
salt, pepper, flour, thyme

 

 

Chop bacon finely and cut the meat into strips. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
Boil green beans in salted water until al dente, strain, rinse and drain. Fry meat and bacon in a pan about 5 minutes. Add onion and the garlic and fry briefly, dusting with flour. Deglaze with 250 ml of soup and cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add green beans and gnocchi to the pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
