GORGONZOLA  LACHS  SAUCE 

Gorgonzola-Salmon Sauce

500 g pasta
150 g gorgonzola
150 g smoked salmon
200 g cream
1 onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chives
salt, pepper

 

 

Chop chives and onion finely. Melt butter in a pot and sweat onion until translucent. Stir in cream and boil down some minutes. Season with salt and pepper then. Cut gorgonzola into cubes, add to the pot and melt, blend thoroughly. Cut salmon into stripes and stir into the sauce. Cook pasta following the instructions on the packet, drain and place on plates. Pour over the sauce and garnish with chives.
