HOISIN  RINDFLEISCH  NUDELN

Hoisin Beef Noodles

1 tbsp. oil
500 g beef mince
1 onion (cut into rings)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 bok choy (cut into strips)
500 g ramen noodles
3 tbsp. oyster sauce
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
3 spring onions (chopped)
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 large carrot (roughly grated)

 

 

Cook the ramen noodles al dente in salted water according to the instructions.
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the minced beef until all the meat juices have evaporated. Reduce the heat, add the onion and garlic and fry for a few minutes. Add the bok choy and carrot and fry for a minute.
Add the noodles to the pan. Turn off the heat, stir in the sauces, sesame oil and vinegar, taste and season if necessary. Mix everything well.
Serve garnished with the spring onions and sesame seeds.
