Cauliflower Pasta with Bacon

400g pasta
1 small Cauliflower
100 g bacon
1 chili pepper (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/2 bunch parsley (roughly chopped)
4 tbsp. olive oil
salt pepper

 

 

Boil pasta al dente. Divide cauliflower into small florets and add to the pasta in the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a pan over medium heat without oil, add peppers and garlic. Drain pasta and cauliflower and add to the pan, stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Serve pasta and drizzle with olive oil.
