Salmon with Mustard Sauce

500 g tagliatelle
250 g sour cream
3 tsp. mustard
4 fresh spring onions (white and pale green parts)
250 g smoked salmon
lemon, pepper, chives, salt

   

 

Slice up spring onions, and cut salmon into bite-size pieces.
Cook tagliatelle following the instructions on the packet, drain well and remove to the pot. Add sour cream, mustard, spring onions, salmon and grate a half of lemon. Rehaet gently and stirring regularly. Sesaon to taste with pepper and salt. Serve with copped chives.
