Linguine with Mushrooms

1 tbsp. butter
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
400 g mushrooms sliced (mushrooms, Chanterelles)
350 g linguine
300 g creme fraiche
2 tbsp. basil (chopped)
4 tbsp. parmesan cheese (grated)
salt and pepper

 

 

Sauté onion and garlic over low heat in butter. Add mushrooms and allow to simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Boil noodles in salted water until al dente.
Stir creme fraiche, basil and Parmesan into the mushroom mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and stir into the mushroom mixture.
Garnish with basil and a little bit Parmesan and serve.
