Peel garlic and onion and chop finely. Wash tomatoes and
cut into half. Drain sardines and divide into bite-sized pieces.
Sauté onion and garlic in 2 tbsp. oil, add tomatoes and fry briefly.
Stir in capers, anchovies and parsley, season with salt, pepper and
lemon juice and let all simmer.
Cook linguine until al dente in salted water, strain, and mix with the
tomato mixture. |
