Pasta con Pesto

175 g fresh basil leaves
60 g pine nuts
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
220 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
200 ml olive oil
450 g spaghetti
salt

 

 

Puree basil leaves, pine nuts and garlic in a flash hacker.
Give paste into a cup, stir in Parmesan cheese in portions, fold in olive oil slowly stirring constantly. Season with salt.
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, pour off and drain. Reserve some cooking water.
Thin down pesto with pasta water and then mix with the noodles.
