Sauce: Cut the garlic into slices, fry in butter and
deglaze with wine. Allow to reduce and stir in the flour. Pour in milk
and boil up the sauce while stirring. Add saffron. Season sauce with
salt and pepper and let simmer for 10 minutes. Fold in shrimps and
refine with lemon juice.
Boil penne in salted water al dente, mix with the oil. Serve penne with
the sauce and garnished with parsley. |
