Ham Cheese Pasta

250 g pasta
200 g ham
1 tsp butter
150 g Emmentaler cheese
1/2 bunch of chives
150 g sour cream
salt and pepper

 

 

Boil pasta al dente.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cover a baking dish with butter.
Grate Emmentaler and cut ham small. Strain noodles and drain. Stack alternately noodles, ham and 2/3 from the cheese into the form.
This season with salt and pepper. Blot on the top layer a little sour cream and sprinkle the remaining cheese. Gratninate in the oven about 20 minutes on until golden brown.
