Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and mix with the oil
and spices, leave to stand for 1 hour. Peel and chop the carrots and
potatoes, finely chop the garlic and onions. Cut the leek into rings.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat. Add the carrots, herbs, onions,
potatoes, garlic and leek and fry. Season everything well and pour in
250 ml of soup and the cream. Simmer for approx. 20 minutes. Stir in the
processed cheese at the end and season to taste. |
