Turkey Pan

Ingredients for 2 people

500 g turkey breast
2 tbsp. oil
2 cloves of garlic
3 carrots
1 leek
2 small or 1 large onion
100 g processed cheese
400 g potatoes
250 ml cream
250 ml chicken stock
paprika powder, nutmeg
mixed herbs (e.g. Italian herb mix)
salt, pepper

 

 

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and mix with the oil and spices, leave to stand for 1 hour. Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes, finely chop the garlic and onions. Cut the leek into rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat. Add the carrots, herbs, onions, potatoes, garlic and leek and fry. Season everything well and pour in 250 ml of soup and the cream. Simmer for approx. 20 minutes. Stir in the processed cheese at the end and season to taste.
