Finely chop the onion and garlic, dice the ham. Heat the
butter in a large pan and sauté the garlic and onion until translucent.
Add the flour and sauté. Pour in the milk
pour in milk and soup, stir. Season the sauce with a little nutmeg, salt
and pepper, add the bay leaf and simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add
the mascarpone, ham, peas and tortellini to the sauce and simmer for a
further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the bay leaf and season
the dish with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with parsley. |
