TORTELLINI

One Pot Tortellini

1 onion
1 clove of garlic
200 g prosciutto or bacon
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
300 ml milk
200 ml vegetable soup
200 g mascarpone
200 g peas
500 g tortellini of your choice
salt, pepper, 1 bay leaf, nutmeg (grated)

 

 

Finely chop the onion and garlic, dice the ham. Heat the butter in a large pan and sauté the garlic and onion until translucent. Add the flour and sauté. Pour in the milk
pour in milk and soup, stir. Season the sauce with a little nutmeg, salt and pepper, add the bay leaf and simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add the mascarpone, ham, peas and tortellini to the sauce and simmer for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the bay leaf and season the dish with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with parsley.
