Preheat oven to 150 °C. Heat butter and oil in a pan.
Sear beef strips and then place them in a pot. Fry minced meat in the
pan and add them to the other meat in the pot.
Sauté onion and garlic, and put them into the pot to the meat.
Add chili powder and other ingredients (except beans) and bring to the
boil, cover and simmer in oven about 1 3 / 4 hours until the beef is
tender.
Add the beans and continue cooking for another quarter hour.
Serve with sour cream.
