Sirloin-Steak Asia

600 g sirloin-steak
1 tbsp. sesame oil
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. corn starch
4 tbsp. oyster sauce
4 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
5 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil



Cut the meat into 3 millimeter wide strips, mix with the marinade and marinate in a closed container in the refrigerator for a day.
Mix the ingredients of the sauce together well.
Sear the meat in a pan or wok for 2 minutes all over and pour the sauce over it.
Reduce the heat and let it steep briefly.

TIP: Expand the recipe with vegetables of your choice.
