Cut the meat into 3 millimeter wide strips, mix with the
marinade and marinate in a closed container in the refrigerator for a
day.
Mix the ingredients of the sauce together well.
Sear the meat in a pan or wok for 2 minutes all over and pour the sauce
over it.
Reduce the heat and let it steep briefly.
