RINDFLEISCH  SPIESSCHEN  mit  JOGHURT-SCHAUM 

Beef Sticks with Yoghurt

2 bunch of spring onions
300 g pickled baby corn
600 g beef
salt, pepper, oil
250 ml yoghurt
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 punch dill

 

 

Cut beef into 3 cm cubes. Cut the lower third from spring onions into peaces and halve corn if it is necessary.
Place beef, onions and corn alternately on sticks. Season all sides with salt and pepper and fry them about 5 minutes.
Chop dill and mix well with yoghurt. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash lemon juice.
