ROASTBEEF  RÖLLCHEN  

Roast Beef Rolls

1 egg (hard boiled)
200 g tomatoes
1 can of tuna in oil
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. creme fraiche
1 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
60 g rocket salad
Worchester sauce
8 slices of roast beef

 

 

Peel the eggs and chop finely. Drain tuna fish and crumble coarse. Remove seeds of the tomatoes and dice finely. Mix well eggs, tuna, tomatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of Worcester sauce.
Wash and dry the rocket salad. Cover roast beef slices with tuna and with rocket leaves and roll up. Serve with the remaining rocket salad.
