Beef on a Skewer

750 g beef steak
1 onion
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
125 ml Madaira
1 red onion
Cherry tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
1 green bell pepper
salt, pepper, Tabasco

 

 

Chop the onion and mix with the oil in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and Madeira, mix well and season with salt,
pepper and Tabasco to taste.Cut beef into 3 cm cubes, add to the marinade and marinate covered overnight.
Peel the red onion and cut into equal pieces. Wash peppers, remove seeds and dice as well.
Stick meat alternately with onion, peppers and tomatoes on skewers.
Grill and cover with marinade again and again.
