Onion Meat

800 g beef
2 tbsp. oil
4 large onions
2 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, marjoram
beef stock (cube)
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vinegar

 

 

Cut onions into rings, roast them bright yellow and sprinkle with a dash of vinegar.
Cut meat into large cubes and then into slices and add them with spices to onion. Simmer with a bit of soup until tender. If necessary, pour just a little more soup.
Dust with some flour, pour in the soup and continue cooking until the sauce is thick.

 

      Side Dish: pasta, dumplings
