Green Salad with Chicken Strips

Ingredients for 2 persons

1 green salad
1/2 chicken breast
100 g feta cheese
1 spring onion
1 tomato
1 small tin kidney beans
salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil
1 tbsp. salad herbs

 

 

Wash and chop salad and put them into a salad bowl. Cut chicken breast into strips, season with salt and pepper and fry them all around.
Wash and drain beans. Dice sheep's cheese and tomato, wash spring onion and slice into rings. Put everything to the salad. Add herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Marinate with oil and vinegar.
Add chicken strips to the salad and serve.
