Eggs Tuna Salad

2 cans tuna
4 eggs
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 pinch curry
salt
4 tbsp. mayonnaise

 

 

Hard boil the eggs, peel and chop. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Drain the juice from the tuna and place tuna in a bowl and pick to pieces with a fork.
Add the onion, garlic and spices. Fold in the mayonnaise carefully. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
